The store itself is decent, I enjoy shopping there, it's the pharmacy I will never use again, the staff in there are rude, ignorant and incompetent. Tried to tell me my insurance wasn't right, I pay $300 a month thru my job for this insurance. Yes it right, then made me pay full price for my medicine and not charge my insurance . I called my insurance company and they said the pharmacy was 100% in the wrong, but it was never corrected. So I won't use their pharmacy no more.

4 people in line at the register. Only one register open. I refuse to use the self-checkout trap where they sue customers if there is a mistake

I use the pick up service and I have never met such individuals who are happy to serve you by bringing your groceries to you..everyone I have met has been so kind and friendly. Definitely recommend utilizing this service.

Went to Walmart Neighborhood Market in Pittsburg ks on 12/24/23 to return a container of Miracle whip that was unsealed when I opened it from shopping bag. Customer service cashier was very rude and tried unsuccessfully to scan my receipt and told me their system was down and she couldn't help me. She had just waited on a gentleman before me and the check out registers were working. She rudely told me nothing she could do about it.

The employees here are awesome. And the place is well maintained. I'm in there atleast 3 times a week. Only thing I don't get is why is one person left to run the gas station. That gas station gets busy as heck. And they will have 1 person in there working. There should always be two people in there. When it's there break time or time to gather trash. Send someone from inside the store to assist the people working in the gas station. College is back in full swing and so is the gas station.. Only problem I have. Other than the prices..
