“Terrific customer service, almost a little too much. I appreciate that they work on commission but some times it's best to not be so suggestive. Overall the store was clean, fitting room was nice sized to get changed in, maybe a couple of hooks or a seat to put customer clothes on.”

“I adore their tops. They're always super cute, stylish, and fit me well. My only problem is they don't carry any jeans or pants in women's tall size, which is the one thing I can't skip when shopping for jeans. Otherwise, their clothes are perfect, especially when shopping for women's bigger sizes. The tops are actually nice and cute whereas some other clothing stores think all bigger women like to look frumpy or wear shirts with cartoon characters on them. Lol. Highly recommend checking Cato out!”
“Terrible service. Walked thru whole store hollering hello because I couldn’t find anyone and no one answered. So then I called the phone number, no answer. Very disappointed! Don’t even deserve one star!

However, a very kind woman, Lesta, apologized for the inconvenience, and took excellent care of me the rest of the shopping experience. Thank you Lesta for hearing my concern and being so helpful!”
