Had to drive to the BOA on State Line because they were open until 5p.m. and all other BOA branches now close by 4 p.m.I am so happy to have been forced to meet the staff at this Branch!

I had a fantastic experience at this particular branch this morning opening a bank account. It was a walk-in without appointment. Ms. Belinda Hollins and Ms. Allie (I think that's the name, didn't fully catch it) were both extremely helpful to all my concerns. Thank you so much and have a great week ahead!

I had one of the coldest and most impersonal bank interactions here. One teller told me I needed to pay a fee to cash a check because of fraud protection. I was confused and asked for an explanation and another more senior teller came over and told me it was a convenience fee and had nothing to do with fraud protection. The exchanges with the senior teller felt really unkind.

I just walked in and Ms Alexandra aka "Allie" was able to open a new Checking Account for me in less than 5 minutes. This has to be a Guinness World Record for a Banker, because her performance and efficiency is off the charts. I highly recommend Bank of America to everyone.. because your money is safe with the Bank of America.. and their employees like Ms Allie, are the Best in customer service!

Never answer the phone. I have called several bank branches and no one location will answer the darn phone. We need to speak to a human to ask questions. Your auto attendant can't and don't answer all questions.

I had to come make change for my place of business on a Saturday and the 2 tellers were so incredibly pleasant. One was a female manager that handled my transaction and a young man with braces. They were just so happy to be there and help. Just wanted to pass on that their positivity made my day.

Drive thru ATM is apparently down. I drove from Brookside because BofA closed the branch over there a couple years ago. I’m running out of reasons to continue banking with BofA

Skip the trip to this location and call Bank of America customer service. Long lines, one personal banker available booked up for hours. Visiting a BA location is a waste of time. Understaffed, undertrained, non-existent customer service. They want you to either use the ATM or call customer service, seems like Bank of America would love to close all branch locations.

I recently opened a business bank account at Bank of America with the help of Rebekah. She was absolutely amazing! She was so knowledgeable and gave me great insight into the different options I had. She was extremely patient and thorough in her explanation, walking me through the process step-by-step. I felt like I was in the best hands possible, and that she truly had my best interests in mind. I can not recommend Rebekah enough, she is an absolute asset to Bank of America.

It always takes a VERY long time to wait out the line at the teller window. Everyone is very friendly but the wait with a single teller window is awful.I was in there the other day and ALL of the teller windows were closed!! No tellers. That’s absolutely ridiculous!

Horrible customer service. From the manager to the assistant manager, all the way down to the teller. I went in with my mom to cash a check in her name, because she doesn’t have a bank account active. They told me she could endorse the check to me to be cashed once it cleared. They put a hold on the check the following day, even though the money had been cleared by the issuing bank. I went back to the bank the very next day at 9am right when they opened and the same manager that told me my mom could endorse the check to me said it was her mistake and I could not cash it given it was made out to her and not me. It was if she was waiting for me to arrive. I asked them to return the check so I could cash it elsewhere. She stated they had sent the check off. Sent it off where? Was my my next questions, she then gestured for a black assistant manager to come and try to elaborate further as if I wasn’t understanding what she was already telling me. By the way I am a black man. I felt discriminated against because I was coming into a bank to cash a large check. They told me they couldn’t return my check and that I would have to wait 7-10 business days before another check was re issued and sent to my home address. I called customer service and told them the issue, they stopped the processing of the check and expedited another over night. The worst bank branch to go to. Had I not been banking with BOA for so long I would’ve withdrew my funds from my account with them and went across the street to chase bank, all because of their horrible customer service there. If you’re black don’t go to this place, they don’t won’t treat you fair. Horrible experience here once again. They delayed a week of my business with their poor behavior.
