I have been there several times. An older lady white glasses. Cut my hair so uneven. Where did she even get her license. Yikes. I was in there today and they had asked Angel I think is her name to cut my hair. She had an attitude right in front of me. Instead of cutting my hair she had to leave to go get a drink. Extremely unprofessional!!

Lady had a bad attitude and absolutely butchered my 4YO son's hair. I had to go to the Roeland Park location to fix it. The lady there was awesome and I found out that this is not unusual for the Prairie Village location

I just stopped by today at this place. Extremely rude hairdresser. I don't know what she is going through, but she was being so mean to people. I was very disappointed by her behavior, so I just left without a haircut.

By far the worst hair cut experience of my life. First I asked for 2 inches off and for it to be layered. It took her three minutes to finish the haircut. As many humans are, I am somewhat indecisive, so after she finished I decided to ask for two more inches off. She scoffed and took another two minutes to take the next two inches off, to which I said thank you and tipped 25%. I wasn’t happy but I wasn’t mad. I was neutral until I walked back into the store because my mom dropped me off, and she wasn’t there to pick me up. While sitting in the store I hear the person who cut my hair openly mocking me to the customer and to top it all off after the next woman’s hair was cut I hear “two more inches off” to which the customer and barber laugh. This is all happening while I am in the room!

Able to walk in and get service. That’s great so you don’t have to book an appointment online first. Especially for the people who aren’t tech savvy.

I have been three times since I moved to the area. The stylists are extremely disinterested in doing their job, let alone doing it well. I have a had a different person every single time and I can't believe I have allowed my hair to get this messed up every single time. This is from a lifetime Great Clips customer. Considering another franchise or Salon all together.

I would give "ZERO" stars if there was a option , very rude behavior from the guy who cut the hair. Firstly he never used a neck band which is used to stop hair falling into the t-shirt , due to which all cut hair fall into inside the t shirt , secondly the way I ask to cut hair but never cut as per instruction given , thirdly after the haircut was done asked to wipe the extra hair from face with a blower he said will not do it and handed me dirty cloth to wipe off. After all of this bad service went to pay , so after this bad experience decided not to tip. So he got mad and told me "Here in America we tip "as he assumed that I am not from USA , and next time go somewhere else if you don't like to tip. Felt extremely bad like first of all TIP is not necessary for any service and it all depends on how the service is. Secondly telling the customer to go another barber is clear indication that he is ruining great clips business.Service: Haircut

I would give ZERO stars. I’ve never cried so much after a cut. The most unprofessional and rude lady. No conversation. Didn’t even look and measure. Cut straight across WAY TOO SHORT followed by her saying “happy?” I’m seriously in tears with this cut. Why did I go here?
