I have really enjoyed the customer service at the Prairie Village location. All the tellers have been very polite and helpful in navigating my accounts and any changes I’ve needed to make.

InTrust Bank, they are not who they say they are. I sat in the lobby of this institution as I wanted to pay my car note and it was late. This bank refused to work with me on any level. I spoke with someone at that bank in March advising them I was sick with COVID (yes, fully vaccinated at the time) I was 91 days late when they made me pay the full amount plus late fees in June. Mind you, I’m still sick, under doctors care, still not working full time. I went to make my July payment, late again because I got paid late and now they refuse to accept my payment and have stated they have the car out for repossession. InTrust Bank where they have posted on their wall, we deal with people not businesses. Not true, just like the rest of these financial institutions, they too seek to capitalize off the misfortune of the little people.

I have been with this Bank's loan Department for just a little under a year... Had worked things out to buy a new car as I needed one pretty badly. This bank picked up first so I went with them... I would strongly recommend shopping around.... I had no idea what kind of problems I was getting into with this bank.... Extremely pawnshop mentality. They will do whatever they can to nickle and dime a person as best they can. They have a auto pay rule on their loan payments page that will charge twice to making your payment early. I recently just got out of surgery and was looking for a little bit of wiggle room as I have been making my payments.... and once charged twice for the same month, and requested information on possibly allowing me a little time approximately a month and a half to get things going again.... As I have already vested a good deal of money into this car in just the time I have worked with this bank.... They gave no such time.... whatsoever.... very poor customer service.... could have received the same from a payday loan.... And, went straight to we will repossess your car... Not a good bank to do business with.... Please do yourself a favor and shop around.... Whoever gave them a five star review has a personal relationship with one of the CEO's, or they were just that desperate.
