I caught wind a good friend’s neighbor’s home in Waldo was coming to market and reached out to Lindsay through our kids mutual daycare (that she sponsors!) to see if there was any finagling she could do to get us in contact with the owners. Not only did she take the challenge on, she got back to that weekend with a prospective price, tour date and steps to get pre-approved so we could get in an offer if it was truly a dream home. We loved the house, made an offer, and were able to negotiate down to a fair price that kept the sellers from taking it to market but also got us into the house with a little wiggle room for repairs. She has tons of vendor connections in Kansas City but never made us feel like we needed to use ‘her’ guys. She was quick, fair, and maybe a little more realistic than we were considering we had personal connections to the neighborhood that kept us tied to the house.
