βI recently visited Hy-Vee and was impressed by my experience. The store was clean and well-staffed, with a great selection of products on the shelves. I particularly appreciated the variety of Chiefs merchandise available, as well as the food specials offered throughout the week. The self-checkout process was easy to use, making the overall shopping experience seamless. I would definitely recommend Hy-Vee to others looking for a well-stocked and convenient grocery store.β

βSo first things first, the cold pack pickles they sell are the best ever. But there are always great deals to be had even if you're a casual shopper.
We love their pretzels and chips some of their produce. Their frozen fruit packs are really great and not expensive at all, and even the dog treats are excellent and our dog's favorites.
Most people go to Costco when they're throwing a party. We do things differently, we go to ALDI.β

βAs grocery prices increase,Aldi has become an even more vital part of my daily life. Still able to feed a family of four at a reasonable price, and specialty food (gluten free!) is more available now. Word to the wise: don't sleep on the egg whites. The equivalent of twenty eggs for $4.17 allows something approaching normalcy.β
βI honestly love this Aldiβs. The staff is always kind and professional, they remember you & they have the best quality salmon & produce nearby. Itβs nice not having to drive 20 minutes away for quality ingredients.β

βWalking into brand store is familiar with layout and food. Needed to get a few items and the soup was reasonably priced. Happy I popped in because found Karma Probiotic Water of different flavors and definitely priced lower than other big box stores. Such a good find. The story wasn't too busy. It was organized and clean. Self-check outs were open and quick checkout.β

βOur family does more and more of our shopping here. From name brand substitutes to pantry staples to school snacks, Aldi is slowly becoming our go-to neighborhood store.β
βThe people there are so friendly and open to help you if you're new. I didn't even ask for help. Some just came up to me to see if I needed help and even one of them gave me a taste of one of the foods that was cooked at the checkout. I'm currently enjoying the food that I bought from there. No genetically modified foods there whatsoever. Just pure food from Ethiopia. Respecting other people's culture and ways can go a long way. You can really be friends with anyone. I have never met an Ethiopian person who wasn't hospitable and friendly. They have hospitality down pat. We should all be like that.β

I am happy that Aldi has improved in ensuring that staple items are available, I always avoided Aldi from regular shopping because you could never guarantee that they would have the items in your list.β

βThere was a guy seemingly following me around the store being a little sus and the security guard must have picked up on me nervously watching him because as I was bagging my stuff up and heading to my car, the security guard followed me out. I didnt even have to say anything.. he nonchalantly just followed me to my car and stayed until I had safely put my groceries in my car and got in. Great awareness and i was so relieved I really wish I remembered his name.β

βGreat selection, store is organized and clean. Had a female check me out at the register last time I was there and she was just awful. Her attitude was more than terrible, she snapped at me and acted like I was trash. I brought own bag so she threw my things into the cart next to her and made me load my bag after grabbing the cart with her hand and saying something like no, this is my cart you can't have this cart. I was under the impression I could move the cart two feet to the bagging counter to remove my 10 items and give her the cart right back. She continued to ring up the next customer and put their items into the same cart like I was invisible. It was awkward and weird. The customers behind me didn't have a cart either and she let them use that cart for their groceries after she rang them up. Unnecessary and rude.β

βMost folks in my neighborhood use this Aldi store for most of their groceries. Usually it's clean and well-stocked (when the place is packed on Friday evenings, well, it's hard for staff to keep up - as one would expect). My Tuesday noontide visit was quick, the cashier efficient. Great store. Use it.β
βCostco food court is always affordable and pretty good for fast food. The workers are efficient and the places always looks clean. My favorite thing to order is a $10 whole pizza that can feed a large family.β
βI used to go literally like every other day but it's a very beautiful grocery store with nice and friendly workers, I think it was called the apple market before they changed the whole place. βοΈβ

I have had Hy Vee bakery make me specialized cakes that no one else would. They have given me empty boxes that they prepare. I have seen how hard the employees work when they are catering. I love to visit with them. They also employ people that are challenged, but still have something to give. They cater to the elderly and disabled. I admire them for that. The employees really care!β
