I come here all the time. They now have a machine for Amazon returns that slows down the process if you have multiple packages. Especially when you come and there's no line! A new young kid working there was so rude. Told me to use the machine. It then didn't work. He then told me it's be faster to use then for me to wait for him to help a customer... that came after me. This new young boy needs to be better trained to help customers and do the job he was hired to do. The manager was helping someone nicely as usual, so hopefully he can help this new young man.

If you get the two younger guys when you go in, they are fabulous and very helpful. I had the unfortunate experience of "Rick" today when I brought in Amazon returns. I typically bring in a lot of Amazon returns as I do them for other people; but I always make sure to be as organized as possible to make it easy on the employees and quick. "Rick" made inappropriate and rude comments about the amount of returns I had, and questioned why I shopped at Amazon to begin with. I have never felt this questioned about my purchases when it was completely irrelevant to the task he had to perform: scanning in my returns. Maybe "Rick" was having a grumpy day, or maybe he is just grumpy. Customers beware, and try to go to the younger men if possible!

Website and store hours posted says closed at 6P. arrived at 5p to ship package to arrive in time for Christmas.....they were closed. Why....since this was the last day to ship to make the deadline for Xmas arrival.

This store will not accept prepaid UPS labeled packages. It's literally a UPS store......There is a big sign on the front door directing customers to their local USPS. Well after leaving to drive to the nearest post office, I found that USPS won't take them either and they are tired of having this location send customers to them.Worthless UPS location and neighborhood resource. They are only interested in offering a service that you must come in and pad their pockets to offer as opposed to balanced customer service. I definitely wouldn't waste time to come back and pay for shipping here.

I have shipped fragile, extremely expensive camera equipment many times with Andrew and he always makes sure my items will arrive safe. Honestly the whole team here is friendly, thorough and efficient. I drive 20 miles just to come here. Best UPS store in the metro by far!

Drove all the way over to this location only to be told their scanners were down to return any Amazon pkgs! Then was told to go to the plaza area which was out of my way. Nothing else was given as an alternative and 1 cust rep just sat there staring never asking If I needed assistance upon entering. This happens alot at this location, never really get great customer service here on Brookside.

I've been a customer of this store for about 20 years. It's always a good experience but today Matt and Will were exceptional. I needed to return a fairly large mirror to Amazon. I had the packing materials and was unable to pack it myself at home. So I hauled the packing materials and mirror to my local UPS store. Matt and Will undertook the task to pack the mirror. It was not an easy job. However, the whole time, they were friendly, courteous, and conscientious. They did a great job and solved my problem. Their attitudes turned a challenging situation into a very pleasant situation.

Terrible service. They turned me down saying they would make more money off other customers.I called twice before going, just to make sure I could print and laminate. The elder man wearing a Chiefs jersey had me wait several minutes and email my documents to the store to print. He then claimed he would be wasting his time and the store's resources by printing off 64 pages, when he could serve other customers instead and make more money from them. The store was not busy and two other employees were working. Only one person behind me.Extremely disappointed and frustrated.

I find it ridiculous that you do not carry the supplies for the services you offer. The package I want to ship requires an express box which is not available at your location but you are more than will to sell me a standard box out of your inventory. I understand you’re a franchise but it would be like going to McDonalds and trying to get a Big Mac and being told they don’t Cary that product

was super surprised to see the low google review as I've only ever had good experiences with this location. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable, I trust them with all my shipping and it's my go-to place when I need to mail anything.

Left this store after being embarrassed and upset by their employee, Rick, in front of several other customers. Just moved here, and this is my closest location, but will find a new store, as I will never be returning. Customer service person, "Rick," was unbelievably rude to myself and my infant son. I entered the store, and asked right away if they might have a mask, since I did not have one with me (and PV just reinstated a mask mandate). He would hardly let me finish asking my question before raising his voice at me and my baby in arms, waving/pointing at the door, and nearly yelling at me "NO! YOURE IN PRAIRIE VILLAGE, NO! YOU CANNOT COME IN HERE!" I was desperate to complete this errand, so went to find a mask (found one of my children's old dirty masks under a seat in my car), came back, and was continued to be spoken to by Rick in a very rude manner. He then overcharged me for the supplies I needed, but I was so embarrassed and upset, and I wanted to leave so badly, I accepted it as a loss and decided I'll never be returning. Well done, UPS store, you just lost a fully vaccinated, mask compliant, and healthy, professional that uses shipping services frequently. Bye.
