Well, Ginger is back! She used to work at the old PO on 73rd Terr. The place will improve now! But I thought Gabe was good too.
(as for Kevin Brown's review: a clerk does not scan the packages you bring in UNLESS you request a RECEIPT).

I miss the post office used to be in Mission by the school, since they’ve moved to this location it seems like staff hate their jobs, hate customers, just hateful!!! Don’t even try to say hello to them, when you ask for anything body language speaks lauder than their words. So unfortunate our Federal
employees whose paychecks comes from our tax dollars treat us with such disrespec!

Horrible location. Handed him three priority mail packages. Two finally scanned in 36 hours later. The third is still MIA 80 hours (over 3 days later). I used more expensive Priority to have tracking and the jerk at the counter never scanned them!!!!
This location should be CLOSED!!!!

Office is next to Minsky's Pizza for reference. I placed a change which seems to have not been accepted. I can assure you that when I used Google Maps to drive to the location it put me on the opposite side of the open mall area.

Marissa is an absolute Angel! She suggested I adjust my box for the cost and ended up saving me over $100! She was delightful, kind and gracious. Post can be stressful and thankless and I was encouraged by her willingness to help with no need to. Thank you!!

Continues to be the worst post office Ive ever been to. Staff is always rude and non-communicative and sometimes they just randomly don’t reopen after lunch without telling anyone. Including the people who have been waiting outside the door to ship things for 30 minutes. If you can avoid this place do yourself a favor and do so.

If I could give this location a lower score I would. It’s by far the worst customer service I’ve ever had in pretty much any industry. Every worker I’ve ever encountered in this location is EXTREMELY rude. I watched today’s employee be rude to everyone in front of me in line and the customers were all very polite and friendly. I avoid it at all costs and extremely disappointed every time I go.

I agree with most of the recent reviews. The employee (male) was very rude and not helpful, not only to me, but everyone else in line.

Worst post office ever! Went to send out some packages yesterday around noon, the employee there was having the worst attitude, told me to go scan all my packages myself at the kiosk. So I did. It took quite a while since I had like 15 of them. So today I checked at 8 pm, half of them still didn’t even start tracking yet! That means he didn’t even send them out! So more than 24 hours later, half my stuff are still sitting at the same post office. This is not acceptable. Never go there again! That employee guy with gray hair and big thick black eyebrows, needs to be fired.

I know this won’t matter, since it’s government work, but Gabriel is one of the rudest people I’ve ever had an interaction with.
I’m a young woman who has never had to use USPS before. I walked in with something to ship and the receipt of a prepaid label and walked up to the counter and expressed I had never done this before and may need some help with the prepaid shipping label. There was a QR code on it, so I thought maybe he could print it on his end.
He looked at the unlabeled package in my hand and smirked at me and said “I can’t ship this, there’s no address.” In response to me saying I was new to this and needed help.
I said I know, I have this. And held up the receipt for the prepaid shipping label. He starts aggressively saying “What is this? Where did you get this? I can’t do anything with this. What did you scan?” He was incredibly condescending.
I stepped aside to gather myself and went into the entry way to try to print the label myself and still couldn’t figure it out. He then shouts out into the entry-way “No post office is going to do that for you.”
The older woman in line behind me who had seen the whole interaction actually went out of her way to try to help me with my package and recommend other places I could go.
Being unhelpful is one thing, but to bully a younger a woman who was simply asking for help with a shipping label is another.
It’s no wonder people prefer FedEx, etc. since their employees are held accountable for their actions.

Gabriel needs a new career. He has no interpersonal skills and when I was walking back up to the door, he was closing the blinds in my face. He closed 2 minutes early.

Randomly closed on a Wednesday. No sign. No notice. Nothing. This location is unreliable at best.

Unfortunately I’ve had several experiences with unhelpful employees making snarky comments to myself or other costumers . Not the friendliest
