Village Pediatrics is a pediatrician office that provides excellent care. The front desk staff, nurses, and doctors are all fantastic and super friendly. The doctors get eye level with children to make them feel comfortable and ensure all questions are fully answered before an appointment ends. The practice is known for being very pro-parent and supportive of parents' rights to dictate vaccine schedules, working with families on this matter. They also educate med students.
Experiences with wait times vary; some report never waiting more than 10 minutes with a total visit time around 45 minutes, while others note there have been times with longer waits. The office has a sick and well side. Some patients report the ability to be seen very quickly when needed. However, there have been some criticisms regarding changing hours frequently, and issues with incorrect voicemail or Google hours, including closures during posted walk-in clinic times. Despite this, many families highly recommend the practice and would not change where they take their kids, describing it as an excellent place with a 10/10 experience.

Dr Slaymaker is the true MVP of pediatricians around here. He believes in parental rights and doesn’t push anything when I say no. People don’t like the wait times, but he doesn’t rush appts because he honestly cares for his patients. I just appreciate him and his work so much.

We've had nothing but good experiences in our nine months with Village Pediatrics. Waiting times are never more than 10 minutes, the nurses and two doctors we've seen have always made sure our questions are fully answered before the appointment is over.
