  I am visiting Pratt from another state. It's 6 pm and I was just at the bakery. Someone employed in that department was very rude. I was looking at the bakery case and she just barged her way in front of me with a scowl on her face, didn't bother to excuse herself or apologize. Not a very good first impression

  It is just always clean. The people working are friendly. The aisles are wide enough.

  The store closes earlier than what I'm use to when it comes to most Dillons locations. Some of the workers are pretty nice, one lady at the Customer Service Center was nice, but damn she spoke out all your business loud as hell like I was a mile away and she worked really really slow. Another thing I really didn't appreciate was my family and I feeling like we were being treated like thieves when it came to check out. We didn't appreciate that at all.

  This is my local Dillons. I've been going there for almost 8 years. I've appreciated the pick up service since Covid. No complaints. Service is good. Quality is good.

  I just left this Dillons in Pratt with an 8 piece 🐔 box. It was Fresh and Hot. I've been to many many Dillons in my life and this one had a clean Deli, front and back!! I mentioned this to the 2 women working, and politely they responded Thank You. They were very busy as they said they were understaffed today. The Deli was well organized.

  Love our local Dillons! Great selection of fresh fruits, vegetables and all the necessities from milk, cheese, and bread to baked goods, frozen foods and even a great deli!

  The people are nice and friendly and helpful
  You can get a lot of good deals on stuff if you have the Dillons app
  The cashier at the checkout is nice but always in a hurry doesn’t respect your food and the bagger doesn’t care what he packs in the bags whatever he grabs it goes in nonfood items or food items it all goes to gather and he likes to stuff as much as he can in each bag
