It was great got my taxes done by awesome people. Got to see a friend I hadn't seen in 30 years which was the young lady who did my taxes had no idea she even worked for H & R block. The only thing negative about the whole thing was the price holy moly it's getting crazy 250.00 to get something done you have to is just knuts.

I took my tax forms in almost 2 weeks ago when asked to do so by one of the employees through the H&R Block app. I made sure that person was in fact employed at my local office, then dropped the forms off at the front desk, telling them who the forms were for and now I can't get anyone in the office or through the app to answer me about when my taxes may be done. I realize they're busy but in 2 weeks the tax preparer could spare 2 minutes to text me back!

The care and attention the office in Pratt gives is great. I've used this specifi H&R Block many times over several years. Cristee was recommended to me for the last few times and we have not been disappointed.
