I had dropped my phone and it worked but the screen was black. The girls at Verizon were fantastic!! They helped me make a claim so I could make a trip to Wichita and when the one couldn't get it to go due to distance restrictions, Nicole jumped in and helped out!! They got me on the road and my phone was repaired!! They were great!! Thank you so much!!

I went in there to get a new line and the manager Nicole, helped us out and made it a really smooth process. She took care of everything and we just had to wait for 5-10 minutes. She was super helpful and knew what she was doing.

I needed to switch carriers and was told Verizon would get me the best reception in this rural area I moved to. It does! The AWESOME ladies at the Verizon store in Pratt, KS gave me great customer service, we're very patient with my low-tech abilities and helped me find the best phone and home internet services that I need!

I had a great experience with this location today. I was in need of home internet plus I was having problems with my phone, upon leaving I had no worries, they were able to help me out with their new wireless home Verizon internet gateway system, prices start at 35$ monthly, it is so simple and easy to set up, all you do is plug it in. 🙂
plus, I was eligible for a new phone. Yes, I am a very satisfied, happy customer. Thank you for being patient with this senior citizen 💖.

In store, Austin was very helpful. Austin got me a sim card because Verizon themselves won't mail to a p o box. The company absolutely sucks. Austin is the ONLY reason I haven't gone back to StraightTalk yet. He keeps fixing my phone bill each month and he helps me fix all the problems I'm having with Verizon themselves. The store front itself is a bit run down and slightly shabby, as is 90 percent of this town.
