Guy was very friendly and all but we asked specifically NOT to give us a contract for the wireless jetpack because we travel alot and would like to stop it when needed, well we tried to stop it today and what did we have to hear...we were on a 2 year contract and needed to pay $175 if we wanted to end it. We asked NOT TO PUT IT ON CONTRACT and here we are stuck with it. Verizon has horrible customer service go to any other service provider but stay AWAY from Verizon.
