I still keep having to come back..I've had nice employees in the past.There is a serious of new worker and past that are unable with friendliness help. I had to send an important money transfer, and had to endure the embarrassment. Of my information being looked at by other employees the first one didn't know how to complete...New manager?

Got good service at the deli and at the self checkout but I saw them cleaning the fryer by the taste of the food I got from the deli at around 6 PM that fryer needed to be done earlier

We were on our way to a funeral and we got two flat tires. The pratt walmart fixed our two flat tires that day. They were so polite and helpful. Thanks pratt walmart automotive center.

Nasty employees, horrible mangers. They follow you around and start stuff with you and mangment likes to join in. Has if my personal life wasnt hard enough. I have cptsd. Walmart is the only place I get to go to, not being able to drive myself. So I get to get harassed the only times I leave the house. It all started when I was pretty much homeless with a baby, new to this town. I went up to an employee related to my now husband. Asked multiple questions about the job she was doing to try to maybe get hired on. I did this 2 different occasions both times she ignores me. I also turned in applications but never got a response Next thing I know im just being harassed. Idk what I did. I'll I get is ignored and harassed.

After my Walmart gift card was compromised, and corporate customer service refused to help, Pratt Walmart stepped in to save the day. 5 stars to Manager Alichia for fixing my problem.

As much as I wish other stores well, I really have no problems except with the cheap electronics.Microwave arced to the point of self destruction and the floor fans are wonky. After a lot of discussion, being told I needed the original box and a call to the manufacturer, I was given a gift certificate valued at $75. Close enough. Bought another microwave at ACE hardware and appliance.
