“Broke down in our RV and luckily were able to pull off the freeway next to the Gas station and were approached by a good Samaritan named Jason who helped us out with his flashlight and we found that our fan belt had shredded and busted. He referred us to Duane's diesel service but it was already pretty late in the evening so we stayed the night in a lot off the freeway and first thing 7:00 am I drove the RV over to Duane's and they helped me out immediately. Diagnosed that our water pump pulley had seized up, which they had the exact part to replace it along with a new fan belt, and an hour later we were back on the road thanks to those guys. We were very fortunate overall and are super grateful for their professionalism and help!”
