I hate to say this, but Nextech is really letting my family down. I have had to call them multiple times because of the connection issues I have been having, but they are not offering me any ways to resolve them. We dont pay for the best packages, but it seems like they are throttling speeds in order to get people to pay the OUTRAGEOUS prices for their sub-par services. Constant signal drops and other issues are making me consider taking my business elsewhere.
