“We rented out the space through airbnb for a shrek themed get together. We had to cancel with another airbnb the night before the event and so our decision to have it here was very last second and hectic. Heidi was our saving grace. She was an absolutely amazing host. She communicated well, was extremely understanding, gave us all the info we needed, and was just really friendly. The space was amazing. It had everything we needed: clean everything, a large kitchen with all the utensils and cookware I could hope for, plenty of bedrooms, really nice washer and dryer, 3 firepits (that I found, I think there may be more), lots of indoor and outdoor games, and a beautiful slice of nature. I could not be more pleased with our stay. We even extended our stay another night because we didn't want to leave. We plan on going back soon. Thanks Heidi and Brandi for being so great at what you do!
Well we went back and it was just as we remembered it. Simply amazing. We had a blast dancing around the big bonfire. We stayed in and played board games one night while it was rainy. People went on nature hikes and made big breakfasts and took naps. It's such a comfortable place to be. Heidi has done such an incredible job making it a welcoming and well stocked getaway. I highly recommend this place for anyone wanting a scenic nature getaway with bonfires and comfy beds and a big kitchen and just all the living space. We will be back.”
