“Like always great service! Purchased tires over a year ago and they were awesome in finding the correct tire. And found them at a great price! I purchased new wheels and set up appointment to have tires mounted. Again awesome service and great people! Not sure about the one guy who felt “afraid” and gave a one star. I’ve done a lot of business with a lot auto shops around the country over my many years. Midtown is a throw back to a time when a handshake and a good fun banter was normal! I particularly appreciate they send me photos of the parts with either a call or text to tell me what's wrong with my vehicle and the cost before repair so I can make the best informed decisions of priority needed repairs due to current economic challenges. They also manage to keep me informed to limit the impact to my business operations having a vehicle in their shop for turn around time. Thank you for keeping my 200k mile vehicle in sound operational condition so I can travel safely throughout the tri-state region! Money well spent.
