“The new cashier was not very helpful, but I understand she's new, I give her 2 stars. But in the future she should be pl, please don't fire her, re train her. But I want to give a review on the independence avenue branch, the drive through teller is cheating elderly people when we buy money orders, she got me once and I didn't pay attention but the next time I went to get money orders she tried it again, I have called the manager and left a message numerous times about her and never got a response, I have to drive all the way to the wornall office to do my business, I don't trust that bank anymore and will NEVER use them anymore”

ATM came in a quick and safe manner, the website has so many tutorials that you can watch on basically any issue you may have with the machine, and there is an on call technician who can walk you through any questions you may have.
