Went to buy a rake selection was not good lots of empty sections. Then went to Garden Center , planning to buy about 100.00 in plants. They all looked in very bad shape Lots of burnt plants. Watering would be a huge improvement.What a disappointment Spent nothing there .... Sad......

I needed some additional parts to use with the deadbolt. I hired someone to install, and Lowe's employee was a specialist in that area. I had no clue what i was looking for, but the specialist knew by the look on my face. The parts were exactly what I needed. The lock is a success!

The management at the store is atrocious, especially the assistant manager. The arrogance and incompetence is through the roof. I’ll be shopping somewhere else.

Called for customer service on delivery with a dent on stove and it states a back splash should have been included it wasn't. They delivered it and unpacked it then took box with them. On top of that have set on the phone now for over 1.5 hours. No one came back on. Now they are telling us we have to bring it back to get it taken care of. Horrible customer service.

Had pick up in store for yesterday, it's been 18 hrs still nothing... even says on here not busy, so why does it take 18+ hrs to grab a ac window.unit?.. how is it delayed???? DONT USE THIS STORE FOR ITEM PICK UP..

Terrible experience- would give Lowe's Roeland Park zero stars. Ordered an outdoor dining table which arrived scratched. The delivery people were super quick to leave and said they took pictures and would tell the store. In the meantime I called the Roeland Park store and was passed from person to person when I finally got a live person to answer their phone. Then I was told the table came from the South KC store and they couldn't help after 10-12 minutes of being passed around so I asked for another manager to speak to. While the individual was actually quite nice on the phone, apologized and said he would look into it and take care of it, here we are nearly a week later with no further contact or updates on my new table which arrived scratched. Nice work, Lowe's.
