I have banked with U.S. Bank for about three years and I do transactions occassionally. I wished I knew the name of the lady at the drive thru, she sounds young and she is always very helpful. I did had a bad experience once with a different lady at the drive thru. Overall it has been good.

Good clean bank with good service. They need more tellers, so sometimes there can be a wait.
