Horrible service. Call prescription in in the morning and they said it would be ready in 30 mins. Came through drive through at 430 to pick up and they said it needed to be filled and be about 30 minutes. Call back 5 minutes later to tell them I was getting it someone else and they said it’s ready and I could come back. The guy in the backfield, the meds had a horrible attitude and very snobby

Slowest pharmacy on earth! Sat in line outside for probably 15 minutes and finally pulled out to come in and three ladies working inside the pharmacy looked at me but didn’t even acknowledge I was standing there. Still waiting… go to another if you can!

They will never answer the phone. It goes to hold and they'll pick up, I guess to stop it from ringing and immediately put you back on hold. Or just hang up. I've called FIVE TIMES and they've done this every time.

Good luck if you ever move away this pharmacy will keep refilling your prescriptions after you’ve called them and told them multiple times over a year and a half that you don’t live there and you don’t fill your prescriptions there anymore. STOP FILLING MY PRESCRIPTIONS AT THIS LOCATION! It makes it harder for me to get them where I actually live!!!! And I don’t know how to make it any clearer that I don’t live there and I do not need my prescriptions at this location! And then maybe they would have time to fill the prescriptions of the people who actually need them in Kansas.

This Walgreens pharmacy never picks up their phone. When someone does then no one talks and they roll you back into the queue to listen to music! Even when you get someone on the line they put you on hold and never come back to assit you! Please have better service for your customers!

I have been trying to give this Walgreens chance after chance , as I used to work at a different Walgreens, so I know how tough some days can be here. However, every time I have been to the pharmacy they never have my prescription ready, when you ask them when it’ll be ready one will tell you the next day, one will tell you 15 minutes, they never seem to know. Pharmacy doesn’t have any compassion or customer service skills. As for the front of the Walgreens, I placed an online order because I am sick. I asked in the online order for whatever the next substitution is. They were out of the cough drops I wanted, but didn’t put any substitution in my order. This Walgreens just isn’t good.

Hours changed significantly in February and yet they still have the old hours still on the door. Also too lazy to edit these hours as if anyone with a pulse may not use them to check if they are open.

I called several times and was on hold for ten minutes each time. Terrible service. Thank God I usually go to CVS. They're much better than Walgreens.

This is trish and jezeial, they work in the pharmacy and have no customers service skills what so ever ! Came in the get my prescription filled and the guy takes my papers and just walks away for like 10 mins then comes back and gives the paper back and just says okay here you go. Didnt give me any info so i ask did you get it filled he said yes so i said how long he said a hour so i simply asked can you send it somewhere else (mind you they have done this for me before on different occasions) and he just straight up says no im not going to do that and thats when everything starts going downhill on a petty back and fourth and him giving trish a one sided story and her coming over and not even hearing what i have to say and hanging the drive through pick up phone up saying i dont have to deal with this… all i have to say is dont get a job and get mad for someone asking you to do your job
