Ah, Walmart - the retail wonderland where you can find everything from car tires to inflatable unicorns in the same shopping cart. My recent trip to Wacky-Mart was a rollercoaster of emotions, but hey, isn't that what you sign up for when you step through those automatic doors? First off, let's talk about the shopping carts. These babies have a mind of their own. It's like they've attended shopping cart school where they learn to shimmy to the left when you want to go right and perform the cha-cha when you're trying to make a quick getaway from the overenthusiastic sample lady at the frozen foods section. It's like participating in a shopping cart dance-off every time you visit. Now, the clothing section is a treasure trove of fashion faux pas and style surprises. Where else can you find camo leggings next to a neon pink Hawaiian shirt? I swear, I saw a mannequin wearing a tutu and a fishing hat - fashion-forward meets fisherman chic, I suppose. Wacky-Mart, where the dress code is whatever you darn well please. Let's not forget the employees, who are the unsung heroes of this retail circus. I asked one for directions, and they expertly guided me using landmarks like the giant inflatable dinosaur in the toy section and the life-sized cardboard cutout of the Rock in the electronics department. Truly, they are navigational wizards in this retail labyrinth. The checkout experience is a blend of speed and suspense. Will the person in front of you decide to price match 87 items, or will they pull out a stack of coupons that rival the works of Shakespeare in length? It's a mystery every time, and the checkout lane becomes a stage for the unexpected drama of suburban life. As for the greeters, they deserve a medal for their enthusiasm. I half expected confetti cannons to go off as I entered. "Welcome to Wacky-Mart, where your shopping dreams and budget collide!" they exclaimed. I felt like a contestant on a game show, ready to grab as many bargains as I could in the next 30 minutes. In conclusion, Wacky-Mart is not just a store; it's a retail adventure. From the cart conundrums to the eclectic fashion choices, every visit is a journey into the unexpected. If you're looking for a shopping experience that combines the thrill of a theme park with the practicality of buying toilet paper in bulk, Wacky-Mart is the place for you. Strap in, shoppers - it's a wild ride!

I just want to say Miss Sherrel in the jewelry department made my day and brought the cheer back in the season!

This is the worst Walmart that I've visited in the KC Metro. I was there for less than five minutes because they didn't have the three items I came in for (kosher salt, ground beef, and a refill PK of eclipse gum).First, I think they're probably being robbed blind. In five minutes I saw at least three separate individuals blow through the entrance gates with products in their hands and then run for the parking lot. On an aisle I was shopping, I'm pretty sure I saw someone stick product of their shirt out of the corner of my eye. When I got to the front of the store, they were several employees just standing around chatting as the entrance alarms went off. No one seemed to even be paying attention.Second, as I said above, they didn't have three simple things I was shopping for. I've been let down by the store many times in the past and this would be the last visit for me.Finally, the place is filthy.I do not recommend. I never have what I need and I think the place is downright dangerous.

Terrible customer service, asked an employee to get something out of a case and was told I needed to go to customer service. Went to customer service they paged overhead and I waited around 15 minutes for no one to show up, went back and they paged again. Waited another 10 minutes for no one to show up and my girlfriend and I had to track down several employees to eventually get someone who had a key to unlock it. Every employee we had asked pretty much said the same thing and that was to ask customer service.

It’s kind of sad that the manager lead gives run around about getting rehired and runs with his tail stuck between his legs so I contacted a coach and the coach gave me the answer I was looking for. Shout out to Donnie! You are the best. To me every associate looks miserable In there which I don’t blame them. No Communication what so ever in that joint. ✌️

Went to this location to buy a marine battery. 1st rep I asked to unlock the cage to get the battery didn’t speak English. 2nd one didn’t speak English but understood that I needed a battery. Left and never came back. 3rd rep understood English said he didn’t have keys and would be back, never showed up. Finally I grabbed a manager and she unlocked the cage. Poor customer service, parking lot was a challenge as you dodge customers fighting for a parking space. I’ll never come be back

The only reason I don't give one star is because it's close to my house. Almost all of the employees look like they wish they were anywhere else in the world. Listening to the way the manager talks to his staff, it's apparent why they feel that way.

I rarely go to Walmart to begin with because I usually have a less than pleasant experience. They have now completely lost my business. I was there trying to find something when I had 3 different young boys who worked there walk right past me and ignore me when I tried to get their attention. I finally was able to ask one of them for help when he called for another employee to come help me and then the boy he called over looked at me, turned his back, and walked away. The other boys were off with their friends who came into the store to visit. I complained to a manager and they knew exactly who I was referring to. That alone should say enough. It is beyond frustrating but really just extremely rude more than anything. Stop hiring young kids if you’re going to just reinforce unacceptable behavior and awful customer service. Doesn’t seem like you’d be missing much without them.

If I could leave zero starts then I definitely would!!! I dont think the service could have been any worse. I went there to cash a check and the lady dropped my drivers license on the ground behind the counter. She didnt pick it back up until she finished what she was doing on the computer about two minutes later. Thank God for growth because the old me would have said and did some things to her. She was very unpleasant to work with. None of the workers looked the least bit happy to be there. I would not recommend going here if your having a bad day because the associates there will definitely make it worse!

Very thankful for the cashier at the last checkout station the other night. I entered my password wrong on my bank app and it locked me out from moving funds for 24 hours. So I pull out my cash instead only has to see the $100 bill I had was fake!!! So I had to pull out gift cards and prepaid cards I have and see how much money was on each one and try to piece together enough to pay for a cart of merchandise. I ended up having to put some back and the whole experience was embarrassing and long and the cashier was so nice and didn't make me feel bad or anything.

Good for a quick shopping trip, assuming what you need is in stock. Shopping paper products would be much easier if the entire aisle wasn't filled with online shoppers and carts. Overall not a bad location to shop.

This Walmart is fully stocked, which is great. However, toys and most health and beauty aids are locked behind glass doors. It was easy to find someone to help me in toys (electronics is right next to it), but HBA was another story. I pressed the button several times for help but no one came to unlock the cabinet. I looked around the dept, but couldn't find anyone to help and finally gave up, paid for the toy, and left.

It's a smaller Wal-Mart, which is both a pro and a con. They don't have as many products as a Wal-Mart Supercenter, but the items that they do have are usually in stock compared to some other Wal-Mart's that I've been to in many other cities.
