The staff are always great and I drive a truck and as long as I don't have anything that will fly up and get into their machine, they leave me alone. If I do, they're super nice about it. Complete opposite experience to what I've had at Charleys and some others. Plus they're everywhere now and the membership works at all of them. I only wish they had like a 4 or 5 car family plan.”

“It was fine. A little beat up, a little dirty, but not very many options for self service car washes. It was on a busy enough street corner that I did not feel unsafe washing my car there alone. Make sure to always tug on the card reader to watch out for swimmers, there is no tap to pay here.”
“Worked through the purchase of a new 2025 Forester with Isaac in sales and Sam in finance and favorable results are reported. It appears they are happy and we are satisfied with the process. Pick up the new Subaru next week. In December 2025.”

“It would be 5 stars if the touchless car wash wasn't broken down fairly often (this seems to be improving recently so I'm updating my review on 10/4/25). The air dry is set too short on timing permitted for the overall cost per wash, and it needs to be aimed at the vehicles from top to bottom, front to back, for low profile cars - not just for other sizes such as SUV's or trucks. Still, so far the best option compared to using a different one in this area that will damage my paint job and ceramic coating when I can't just hand wash it myself. There are several competitive companies who have come to Derby, but theirs all generally don't have a touchless, automatic washing available, and many people here don't want to get out and use hand spraying wash bays. I'll remain a customer at Panther Car Wash until a competitor discovers the need for touchless, automatic washes is higher in Derby than many other surrounding areas. ***HINT to the other carwash owners or entrepreneurs considering Derby for its market: the local residents generally have nicer vehicles (and many people get specialized paint jobs, ceramic coating, etc) due to higher income levels in this city - install those options for touchless, automated washes at your business sites. You'll rapidly get more than your investment back in business sales and may choose to install a few more.***”

“Had an issue with the automatic car wash, but the owner reached out to me and refunded the cash promptly (pretty impressive service). The arm on the automatic wash went too far and smacked the front of my truck on the spot free rinse (last stage). No damage was done to my truck and the machine stopped.
I've used this car wash for the past decade, and I think this is the first time I've ever had an issue. He keeps the place clean and in great working order otherwise.”

“This was easily the best self serve car wash I have ever been to. I visited late at night and the lot was well-lit. The vacuums have powerful suction and a thin nozzle to reach the right spaces. The water in the wash bay was hot and there was plenty of time to do a thorough wash. I give five stars and would definitely recommend this business.”
