“Towed my daughters car to jiffy lube as it was across the street from her apartment. They replaced the fuel pump and had the car ready the next morning. If I would have taken it to a normal repair shop probably would have been there for a few weeks. Surprisingly, they were not much higher than what I could have had it done at the repair shop that would have taken longer. They also offered an oil change and some other services at the same time at a discounted rate then normal. I really figured I was going to be paying more then I should but surprisingly, they took care of us and were very professional. The only thing I will say is if you know Jiffy Lube, negotiate your price down because you will not get the cheapest price right off the bat. It's the only reason I didn't give 5 stars. Wish we didn't have to negotiate every time.”
“I drive a 20 year old car. I only go here to get my oil changed now. Made the mistake of going to one of those 'quik-change' oil places where you don't get out of your car and sat there for 15-20 minutes watching the techs goof off and play on their phones. It was me and one other car in the bay. No one else waiting. I left, went straight to Derby Rock Road Quick Lube. Was in and out and on my way before I knew what happened. And the techs are all beyond amiable and knowledgeable. Even if it might be a bit out of my way, it's worth it for the quality of service. I love hidden gems and this is one of them.”
“Unruh's has been my family's go-to mechanic since Bunyard's closed. They are reliable, efficient, and have gone out of their way to help me with a variety of car problems. They provide great advice, are honest, and don't sugarcoat things. I appreciate all they do to keep our cars working well. Highly recommend!”

“Was told one thing on phone to be turned away when we got there. Had tires on phone then didn't have tires inside. We've always had a good experience with automotive department, that's why I'm giving it 4 stars. This last time, it was highly frustrating.”
“Set of tires took about an hour but nothing worth complaining about, the techs were all working on something and not bumming around. My advice if you order tires & service online is to find the tires you like, then give the auto center a call to verify they have them, then order immediately afterwards. The website will not verify quantity in stock. Get there early in case there are any other hang ups so your slot doesn’t slide. I got a text an hour before hand that my appt was cancelled because they didn’t have the tires in stock (even though I’d called) so I went in anyways and sure enough they had them still.

They helped me navigate the process with the insurance company. Unfortunately, the insurance decided to total my car and they did not get to fix it this time.
