Called to get a quote for a shop in my backyard, gave them all the specs I wanted and was told they would get that to me the next week. Several days later all I got was an email from the owner stating to check their current special for an idea of prices but that adjustments could be made. It was literally more than double the building I needed with no concrete or labor quoted and not the same number or size of doors/openings. Unfortunate to be disregarded like that.

High quality building. Our building stood the test of a major derecho on August 10, 2020. Building damage all around but none to our Top Line building. Dave and his construction crew are the best anywhere!

Was looking forward to working with Topline as their advertising and pricing on the packages seems outstanding. My business partner however has ordered a building and its been one broken promise after another so I am going to have to rethink my plans. I need 3 buildings installed but I need a company who can hold up their end.
