“What an amazing staff?? I purchased the only Yeti hard cooler and when going to add ice to it realized it was missing the plug. Went back to store where they looked for the missing piece. No luck, was just going to return for two smaller coolers. The manager at the store looked at me and said, “if you had your preference which would you choose?” I said the Yeti of course with a smile. The gentleman helping me said to the manager, she is from out of town. The manager then said, “hang on give me 5 minutes!”He returned in 5 minutes after with a plug and smiled.He had taken the plug out of his brand new Yeti and said to take it and he ordered a new one for himself that he would get later!!!Amazing staff, great products!!!Can’t thank them enough!!!”
