“We were supposed to receive 2 packages from Amazon last night by 08:00 PM. The website showed that it had been delivered, but we didn’t receive them. I called the Post Office 15 minutes after it opened and explained the situation. Within 30 minutes after I called the Post Office, the door bell rang and it was the lady from the Post Office, with our packages. Even though they initially delivered it to the wrong address they quickly remedied the problem. Great response!”
