“INCREDIBLE customer service. I found a hood for my car on eBay and noticed they were located close by (2 hour drive away). The price was great and the pictures showed that the hood would match my car perfectly.
I called up and spoke with Junior and he informed me that it was noted on his end that this hood had some hail damage on it that wasn't super visible in the photos. I went ahead and purchased the hood over the phone with the expectation to drive 4 hours round trip to pick it up the next day.
Without being asked, the next day Junior sent me up close photos of the damage to ensure I would be satisfied with my purchase. Unfortunately, I didn't end up buying the hood, but Denton Auto Salvage could very very easily have allowed me to drive 4 hours round trip and waste my entire day to pick up a part that I wouldn't have been happy with.
I was instantly refunded the money to my card and left with a feeling of being treated very well in this situation. Would HIGHLY recommend doing business with Denton Auto as you can rest assured that they will make sure you're taken care of and happy with your purchase. Will be recommending friends and family to use them in the future.”
