“INCREDIBLE customer service. I found a hood for my car on eBay and noticed they were located close by (2 hour drive away). The price was great and the pictures showed that the hood would match my car perfectly.

I called up and spoke with Junior and he informed me that it was noted on his end that this hood had some hail damage on it that wasn't super visible in the photos. I went ahead and purchased the hood over the phone with the expectation to drive 4 hours round trip to pick it up the next day.

Without being asked, the next day Junior sent me up close photos of the damage to ensure I would be satisfied with my purchase. Unfortunately, I didn't end up buying the hood, but Denton Auto Salvage could very very easily have allowed me to drive 4 hours round trip and waste my entire day to pick up a part that I wouldn't have been happy with.

I was instantly refunded the money to my card and left with a feeling of being treated very well in this situation. Wichman auto in St Marrys put a 5 in lift kit on my truck and duel exhaust on my truck and did a fantastic job. Todd is a great guy and a great business owner. I take all of my vehicles to him for exhaust or whatever I need. I am always very pleased with the work he does. When it comes to price Todd doesn't try to get rich off of his customers. Todd charges a more then fair price for excellent work. Every time I pay my bill I almost feel guilty and I'm more then happy to pay. How many shop can you walk away from with a smile on your face once you see the bill? Not many in my experience. I can't say enough good about Wichman Auto except to say if you go anywhere else it's your own fault. Thanks again Todd!! Another job well done!!!!”
