“My car needed a good wash and I finally had the day for it. I went for Premium ($13) and put in a $10 bill, but then the machine quit taking bills. Not sure how to reset it, I pushed Refund (also used for Receipts, so I thought it might also Reset?) but got 40 quarters back. But I really needed to get my car clean, so I started over, small bills first! It still wouldn't take any money. They have a number posted to text or call, so I decided to use that, not knowing what to expect. I got prompt and courteous replies and updates over the next few minutes so I wasn't left wondering... they were on their way to help. Then they said the machine resets itself in a few minutes, so try the bills again. This time it worked and I got to go get washing! While inside, they texted that after I was done, they wanted to give me a token. When I drove out they met me with this way to get a free car wash, as apology for my trouble! I couldn't have been more delighted with the help! Car washes are high maintenance, and this was truly awesome CUSTOMER SERVICE! I think these are new owners (recent to '25) and it's a much better service! Proud to have a great car wash in our small town!”
