“Lovely place. Quite commercial in its great size, offerings, and organization, but folksy and friendly. It's like knowing somebody who runs a winery. They should raise their prices because they are too cheap! I bought four bottles of wine and a wine slushie for only $70 and it's really good stuff. They let you taste whatever you want. I got cherry, elderberry, jalapeno wines, plus a bottle of elderberry mead that I haven't tried. They have a rustic wine arbor thing where you can sit for a bit, plus some funny signs you can pose with in the parking lot. It's a very friendly place and I highly recommend it.”
“Very small retail liquor store located very conveniently in the center of Rossville along U.S. 24 & the road that becomes Carlson Rd. which leads to I-70 about 5 miles South of Rossville. Easy drive-thru access and parking. Well-stocked with quick & friendly service. Lots of domestic beers, ales & spirits. Also some wines which are marked down on a certain weekday, I believe Tuesdays but am not 100% sure. They do take 'special orders' for quite a variety of spirits, wines, kegs, etc. offered through their wholesale distributors which is very nice for upcoming events. They have a letter sign out front to inform customers of deals along with witty and entertaining jokes each week that usually are cause for a good chuckle. All in all a great "Mom & Paps Store" that offers all of the essentials and then some with decent prices. Well- stocked generally as well. No negative experiences that I can recall ever. The store has been under New Ownership for the last 2+ years or so as the previous owners retired. Great little convenient liquor store.?”
“Excellent prices and remarkable variety with regard to the wine offerings. Beers and liquors were a little on the pricier side, but I won't begrudge them. Very clean and friendly environment and the older gentleman running the store made for great conversation.”
