Retire the old grumpy lady please. She yelled at me in front of people and talked to me in such a bad manner. She has a smart mouth and is just plain aggressive for no reason.

I'm assuming it's for the same reason they need a 2 hour lunch everyday, but if you live close enough to them, they just MAKE you get a PO box so they don't have to do their jobs. Good luck ever getting a package if you work a full time job!
