This is the worst restaurant ever. The people I worked with were super mean. I wish there was a way to put zero stars instead of just 1-5. If I could give this place zero stars, I would do it immediately. The food here is only getting worse too. I hope this place doesn't last much longer, especially after the way they've treated me. I feel the same way about Brahm's too.

I usually don't ever have an issue with our order but today I do. We oder fries, nuggets and jalapeños poppers. They weren't even fully cooked.. I had to put them all in the air fryer to cook them. Please do better. It wasn't busy when we went..

Stuck in drive thru for 20 min now as maps ask me how i liked this B King...almost 30 min in total before getting food..they were busy but not enough to warrant the wait..wouldve drove over curb to escape the wait.. if i wasnt blocked in so close

My husband and I were highly impressed by this Saline location. They had just a crew of 3 a full dining room and VERY long drive true line. Not once did they act like they were in the weeds or upset at the situation, all of them were working their teamwork skills and showing extraordinary customer service. If I were the Manager, District Manager, or Corporate I would take a good hard look at this crew and give them a raise for their professionalism.Side note- the very nice lady who was running the front went out of her way for me to get a pie from the freezer! Can’t help it love the Hersheys chocolate cream pie they sell.

Went through the drive up. Service was fast and accurate. Employee was very friendly. Food was hot and well prepared. Never dissatisfied when I visit the BK on S. 9th St. in Salina.

Ignored us in drive through for 10 minutes, then took the guy in second lanes order before us. 45 minute wait in the drive through. Food was cold, old fries, old chicken nuggets, the whopper bun was a small slider bun, and they had huge attitudes. Never again will I come back. Last time they forgot my food too, I’m done.

Friendly service at a fast food restaurant is unheard of anymore. That is just what I got when I went. The staff was nice if you can imagine that but, you don't have to stop by and see for yourself. Good job BK.
