“Thank you Ronald and Hunter!
I arrived on a delayed flight and found myself without a ride when the app indicated my rental car would be ready and that staff would be available on a Sunday. Fortunately, Ronald answered the phone and came in outside of his normal work hours to assist me. He was professional, polite, and provided excellent customer service.
I also contacted the local corporate office regarding a discrepancy between what was shown in the app and what I was ultimately charged. Hunter was very helpful in addressing the issue and working toward a resolution.
Together, Ronald and Hunter made a stressful situation much easier, and I sincerely appreciate their efforts. Their willingness to help reflects very positively on Hertz.
One opportunity for improvement would be ensuring that the Hertz app accurately reflects location hours, vehicle availability, and rates so customers receive consistent information. Hunter indicated that he would look into the issue.
