I wish i could have 0 or negative star for this company, its been 3 days I got the service and after 3 days I don’t
have service and their interest is to charge me $10 extra every month or $100 for tech’s visit. they didn’t care about service.
I cancelled their service and will be looking for other company.

I cancelled my Cox service today. Everything about Cox is shoddy. SLOW internet for the price, and sometimes the service is spotty. They need to have a better understanding of the definition of words like 'speed', 'fast', and a technical understanding of what throughput is would be good too. The customer 'service' agent I chatted with took 30 minutes to process my request to end service, with gaps between messages as long as 20 minutes. They are going to charge me $130 for early cancelation, but their service is so bad, it is worth it.

The manager (keelie) was very rude and wanted to argue with me about the issues I was having and hung up on me. I am looking into any other company than this. It’s one thing that your internet is crap! But having crappy customer service on top of that? What a joke!

The connection is very inconsistent and is very spotty. I even tried another router, had new wires installed and still got an inconsistent connection. Also near impossible to get connected to someone over the phone for help.

I've had excellent experience with Cox, and have been a satisfied customer for many years. I just wanted to switch to fiber because I heard about its many benefits. Thanks again for your attention to any technical difficulties I have had over the years and I wish you all well!

employee were horrible. tried to up sell me on internet i didn’t need. tried making it seem like I HAD too pay $120 a month and there were no other options, went on the cox app and dropped it down too 51.40 and now have 0 problems. ridiculous.

The gentleman that waited on me was very friendly and knowledgeable. Hook up for the Internet was as easy as he said it would be.

Prices are outrageous and we have been customers from day one over 30 years. The representatives try to make it the customers fault when a problem appears eg. Our internet service was not working and they said it showed a great reception. When the tech came he had to replace the plug in part because it was old and did not work with the 5g update. Cox should have sent a letter with their bill so I would not have had to go through all that. Thanking God the tech was so kind and listened as I explained the problem. No deals fir Veterans or the elderly.

Horrible. It is a Friday evening. I rarely watch movies...it is impossible. Every 1 to 2 minutes the movie is interupted with a spinning circle.
