Hello, I would like to talk about my experience in Cricket after two years of belonging to a safe company. Today I finally decided to change to Cricket and a lady helped me. I didn't like her treatment since I don't speak much. The English language helped us. Very hardly, why? In fact, they didn't want to serve us or be patient, and they left my phone protector in the wrong position. They should serve customers more. I'm thinking of leaving this one. Cheap but not better. I'm going to be switching to something better even if it means paying more. We have insurance and had these phones over a year no issues. Now the phone isn't working and we took it in they want us to pay even though we pay insurance. The lady tried telling us our phone is a 3-400 dollar phone. It's not worth that.

Hello, I thought a lot about changing telephone companies since I spent more than a year in another company and I went to this store with two women and a man. The guy was very nice to us and I think one of the girls was bothered by just asking them questions about prices and stuff like that. For that part, terrible service, they should be more friendly, thank you

Called about some phone cases and they said oh yes we have those drive 20 mins to get one cases and I get there she said oh no we don’t carry those phone cases I’m sorry. You lied to a customer on the phone then laughed at me a walked out side to smoke your vape how unprofessional can you be

Kirsti is the best ever. Always so helpful and respectful. By far the best cricket employee I've ever met. The store is always so clean. Won't go to any other cricket besides this one.

Kirsti is a lifesaver and I don’t know what I would have done without her help.
