“Jim in the hardware department was very helpful and very informative. We brought back a weed eater and leaf blower combo that was on sale and prob for obvious reasons. ( junk ) was just going to get a cheap gas trimmer instead , but after talking with jim and compairing options and versatility of the different equipment , we ended up spending 400 more then we planed, but got some very good equipment that works good and has a good warranty.”
“When I first moved to Salina, I needed some hardware for my apartment and I lost a screw from my desk during the move. I took a matching screw into the store, an employee measured it for me and then walked me around until we found a suitable replacement. I would have been in there all afternoon trying to figure it out if they weren’t so helpful. Pricing is fair from what I can tell, and all of the employees seem friendly.”

“Store was very clean, but the employees which we saw a few did not offer any additional assistance. My 70 year old father and I got 8 sheets of plywood. We also loaded them in his truck, and not one employee offered to help at all. That was a quite a bit concerning.”
