My daughter and I went in for a pedicure.
They handed me a menu and we both chose option 2 priced at $43 per person. However when we went to pay my total was $121.00. This was even after they supposedly gave me $10 discount for paying cash over card. When I asked her about the price discrepancy she said it was the nail polish they used. That should be explained to your customers ahead of time. You handed us a basket of colors to choose from and we picked a color! Communicating this ahead of time to me would have made me feel like you weren't just overcharging.

These people know their stuff, I work in a factory building on the assembly team every day and I never break a nail they do them to last the long run. They are always so friendly and clean. I won't go anywhere else now that I've found them.

Bruce is one of the kindest people I have ever worked with. He serves pure talent for his manicures, pedicures, and expertise on nail care/products/techniques. This was my first time at Perfect Nail with Bruce and I couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend 5/5 stars will come back just to have Bruce take care of me!!!! Also, Thank you Nathan for finishing my nail art, I love it!!!

Traveled out of town to Salina for work needed my old set removed and a new full set. The best nail removal I’ve had and full set the nail tech really took her time and had a great eye for detail. Definitely may have to make the hour drive for the experience.The best French tip nails I’ve ever got done.

I go to a girl named Amy who's wonderful and another girl named Tee she is also fantastic those are the only two girls I go to cuz they're both wonderful and quick and they do a phenomenal job.

I came here because my friends told me the quality was great and services were super affordable. Since I am on a budget I got shorter nails than normal, hoping for a good price. Not only were my nails $78, but they also took a very long time to be filed, it seemed as if my nail tech was a student, because she had to get instruction from 2 people on how to file my nails. She did not talk to me the entire time, besides when she apologized after hurting my fingers, and did not tell me the price until I was at the register. Every other time I've gotten my nails done, the price was given to her are the shaping but before the design. The design is just okay; there is a bubble in one of my nails too. I had high expectations, and am pretty disappointed.

Great customer service abd awesome work. They did a great job on my nails and the place is very clean. Great experience. I will be a regular customer while working a contract in another small town nearby. Good job to all that work there.

They change the price each time I come for the same thing. It jumps $36 one visit and $45 the next visit. Then argue over how much they charged.

Wonderful place went in on a Monday got seated right away for a fill and my first time getting special decals I usually just get a French tip . She took her time and did every step without skipping anything and I’m super picky but she didn’t make me feel bad for any requests that I had these are the best set of nails I’ve ever had . It’s my 25th birthday this weekend and I’m so happy I came here . And I loved the natural color that had for the base so I put a picture if you like that color too I don’t like a pink base so I love this color on my skin tone.

So polite and helpful when I went in for a repair! They actually cared about making sure it matched the nails I had gotten done at another salon despite having different colored powder. I will come here from now on!

My sister came here and the guy was so rude and was on the phone with my mom talking about prices and he got mad and ripped all her nails off and told her to go someplace cheaper

Absolutely loved the service and the outcome! They are all such nice people and I will continue to be a customer as long as they are open!!! Just got my nails done for my wedding and I could not be happier❤️
