“I can’t say enough good things about McKinzey at Mini Mall Storage. Every time I stop by, she greets me with a warm smile and a friendly attitude that instantly makes me feel welcome. She’s incredibly attentive, always taking the time to listen and make sure I’m fully taken care of. McKinsey clearly knows what she’s doing, and if there's ever a question she doesn’t have the answer to right away, she goes above and beyond to find it. That level of dedication is rare and so appreciated! McKinzey truly represents the best of what customer service should be —helpful, kind, and dependable!”

“I'm only guessing that THESE are the storage units to have. I've been there and seen it from the outside... nice, neat, clean looking little place convenie try located right downtown. Looks well kept. Sure wish they had a unit open... I've checked on getting one of these NUMEROUS times in the past, just checked once again yesterday... nope, No Dice, no openings... I'VE NEVER FOUND ANY OPEN UNITS HERE EVER EVER EVER and I SO want one of THESE! So... guess I'll continue the review whenever I'm actually able to rent one of these babies. I'm calling and checking on openings EVERY FREAK'IN DAY. So... check back soon...-2 B Continued-”

“Good place, convenient, not to bad of price. Only thing that sucks is I did have a mouse issue and all the did was put poison balls. So wished they would do more about that especially paying over $250 a month for two storage units. Their customer service manners are great. Always friendly any day apart you catch them.”

“Very good price for a spacious storage unit! Everything is secure here, that's why I felt comfortable with it. I needed a unit on a dime and Tom was able to meet me there and get one set up for me. Thank you Access and if I need a unit again I will come back!”
