“I've been picking up shipments for the last few years here. They've always called to let me know it's in and to schedule pick up. I'm always informed or reminded that it's an unmanned terminal. The driver has good communication with me for pick-ups since I drive an hour.”

“I really like the front desk staff they are very professional and pleasant .
What I don’t like is the lack of staff during busy hours
Sometimes one can be standing in line for over 10 minutes.
Plus an elderly was in there the other day he had problems standing , there is no accommodation for the disabled!
One more thing if customers go in to send out a package they should have it ready to be mailed out
Not go up to the counter and expect the postal employee to prepare their package.”

“I love that this location has so many services, and they're open until 7pm, which makes it convenient for people that work 9am to 5pm or 8am to 5pm. The customer service is fantastic. Chaise was very patient when the fax machine didn't want to work, but we still got everything done that needed done before they closed. Chaise had very professional body language and her whole attitude was very friendly. I highly recommend this place.”
