Sleep Number has great staff who are knowledgeable and helpful. They answer questions and help find the right bed. The sales reps are patient and work with customers to find a good fit. Customers have a good experience in the store, with staff trying to help them get the best sleep possible. Sleep Number's staff provides a welcome experience, making customers hope for a good investment in their beds.

I have a sleep number bed but needed a foam mattress pad topper. I stopped in to check out what Sleep Number offered and I really like the mattress topper I purchased. I also like that I wasn't feeling pressured to buy anything and the sales lady answered all my questions.
