HAVE GINGER HELP YOU, YOU WON'T BE DISAPPOINTED!
My experience went to a straight negative ‐0 to an amazing +10 Thanks to Ginger ❤️. Other day, I walked in a few young female workers who were right there jabbing their mouths away instead of working. I was never greeted. They never acknowledged whether I needed help or not. I was trying to find a brand and walked through the store, I had some who passed me and didn't ask if they could help with anything. I was making my way too the front and was about to mouth off to the women that apparently needs to go to school and learn a thing or two about being at a job and not a slumber party and i was never coming back here due to lack of professionalism, and courtesy. A woman who was working⭐️ asked if she could help. I said what I needed, and she had this amazing woman. Ginger helped me. I told her my deal and she showed me different products! We had talked for a little bit and had some laughs. I told her what happened when I came in. I said I felt I was judged on what I was wearing and maybe looked as if I didn't have any money. She said that I was dressed just fine. Nothing was wrong in what I was wearing or how I looked. Because of Ginger, I will go back, and only she I trust to help me!

I’ve had the best experience here with Miss Jasonya! She has done my hair twice. One time cutting and styling it and then today baby lights, cutting, and styling my hair. Both times turned out exactly how I wanted! Very friendly and professional and has made me feel welcomed and comfortable each time!Before and after photos

An appointment was made with Dakota to get my hair cut and freshened up. She ended up giving me a wash, cut, dry, & style. I usually dislike my hair being blowed dried & styled much but I was pleased with the outcome and I appreciated her effort and work. Dakota was very professional and made sure I left the salon knowledgeable after inquiring about a few products I had asked about. I arrived with a smile on my face but I left the salon with an even bigger smile on my face because of her! Thank you for getting my hair back up to par ☺️☺️

My recent experiences at Ultra have left me with mixed feelings. During my first encounter, I entered the store, and unfortunately, no one greeted me. I found myself navigating the aisles on my own, feeling a bit lost. When I finally made my way to the counter, I was met with a less-than-welcoming attitude from a sales associate named Jamie. Instead of offering assistance, she watched as I walked to the wrong counter and then abruptly stated, "I can help you over here" in a rather rude manner.On my second visit, the lack of greeting persisted. I spent around 10 minutes in the store without finding what I needed, and despite three employees being present, none offered to assist. As I approached the counter, I found myself waiting behind a mother and daughter who seemed unprepared. To my dismay, when they left, the sales associate, Jamie, turned her back on me and began working on something else without acknowledging my presence. When I finally approached the register and placed my items down, she turned around with an apparent attitude and asked for my number in a less-than-friendly manner.Regrettably, I must express my disappointment with Jamie's conduct, as I felt she exhibited unprofessionalism and, regrettably, what seemed like discriminatory behavior. Customer service is a critical aspect of any shopping experience, and unfortunately, my encounters at Ultra have left much to be desired in this regard.I hope that Ultra takes these comments into consideration to improve the overall customer experience at the store.
