I love that this location has so many services, and they're open until 7pm, which makes it convenient for people that work 9am to 5pm or 8am to 5pm. The customer service is fantastic. Chaise was very patient when the fax machine didn't want to work, but we still got everything done that needed done before they closed. Chaise had very professional body language and her whole attitude was very friendly. I highly recommend this place.

Kathy was Absolutely Fantastic!! She was the only one there but you wouldn't have known it. She was working between two computers doing mine, while I was signing over to the other helping that person. AWESOME!!

The Kansas Health Foundation had an event in Salina February 24-26th and we needed to print multiple documents in color. They were professional, friendly and able to get me in and out in a timely fashion.

I brought in important documents to be shipped. They were in a clear security envelope so I wanted them placed in a shipping envelope and labeled. The associate took my package and place it on a table with the label under it. I asked if she could put it in and seal it for me. She said she would after she helped customers in line. I said I would wait. After all customers were waited on she started working on something else. I asked again if she could put it in an envelope and put the label on it. She said nothing to me just went over grabbed an envelope jerking it and just slapped the label on it and threw it in a box. I said Thank you and got no response. If this is your procedures to just put customers items to be shipped on a table with a label under it and pack it later, I would be shocked if there hasn’t already been lost items due to theft or simply placed in the wrong package.

I always have a good encounter with UPS, the staff there is always friendly and helpful, it doesn’t matter what I need help with. It could be an Amazon return or shipping multiple packages.

Pay for 2-3 day delivery and get package 2-3 days late. What a rip off
