I called the local location to see if I could get my package held since they tried to deliver while I was away from home. They delivered it outside of the estimated time as well. In order for the package to be held at a pick up location there is a 5.99 fee that I'm not paying. That is utter Bull$hit that your making a customer pay for the companies mess up. Seems like they don't care about the customer or their package contents. I felt like I was just dumped off to the next person that also did not want to deal with it. If I need to sign for a package because of its contents, why deliver to the address when someone could be at work? And then on top of that when I request to have it held at a location for pick up, you charge more money on top of the shipping and handling charge. I see this as greed and a lack of care for the customer. If I could give no stars I most certainly would. I still don't have my package. I highly recommend for customers to NOT use UPS in Salina for deliveries. I don't trust them anymore. Go to FEDEx. They have better accommodations and customer support and workarounds. They also will hold a package for you at a location for no additional charge. This was a very upsetting experience. Like I said use FEDEx. I'm not sure if its more expensive but from my experience the company itself, whether it be privately owned or owned by a corporation will try to work with you unlike UPS who just dumps off problems to someone else. Very disappointed. I've already made a formal complaint to UPS. Let's see what action they take.Update: I forgot to add that the driver when he delivered was suppose to leave a note giving information on how to get the package that was supposed to be delivered. Never happened. I have this all on camera as well. Poor execution.

Ease of transaction. Staff always helpful and friendly. Convenient. Takes hassle out of shipping Amazon returns. And mailing personal packages is a breeze.

Had a bad experience. I came in with pheasants to ship. Yes they were dripping on her floor. So that set her off. I cleaned up the drippage and asked for more bags to seal them up. I realize I was a bit of a pain but she could have handled it much better. I was trying to be nice but gave up. If u review my reviews u will see I rarely complain and usually give pat on back. Not here if u have ot

Consumers beware: we sent our daughter's birthday package via UPS out of Lawrence KS and it never left the Salina Central Processing Center. I started receiving bogus texts asking me to click on a link to have my package redelivered for an additional fee. When I reported this to UPS there was no recourse other than getting reimbursed $100 plus shipping and I'm still waiting for even that to come through. Be careful using UPS. They seem to be compromised out of their Salina sorting center and there is no customer support in place besides a lame $100 reimbursement unless you insure the package for a higher amount. My daughter's package was full of sentimental handmade and unique gifts including hand painted wrapping paper. I'm still boiling mad over their lack of taking action on what appears to be an internal hack job.

There are internal employee thieves working at UPS. Beware of using this shipper. We shipped a $185 package and did not insure over the $100 default limit. Our package "disappeared" at the Salina, KS processing center, never to be found. A few days after we filed a lost package claim, we received a scam text stating that our lost package was found and if we paid a few additional dollars, it would be shipped back to our home. Only internal employees at UPS would have had this detailed information and our contact info. In attempting to report the scam and follow up on our lost package with UPS management, all we got was run-around. Going forward, we will only use USPS or FedEx (not sure how much better they will be?). But UPS has shown themselves to be completely unreliable and untrustworthy. It's bad enough that our package was lost but when you add an internal employee scam ring on top of it, I'm done.

Didn't have stamps, but it's Monday and they sold out over the weekend (when USPS isn't open). All kewl. Had a few people come in during our transaction and other staff stopped their chore and helped at checkout. Clean, no empty shelves (just no stamps).

Absolutely the worst customer service anyone could over offer. I was hung up on over 7 times if not more. I was told a manager was on the other line then all of a sudden told the manager left for the day. My calls have been screened. My package “supposedly” lost. I’ve asked a manager to call me for 4 days in a row and no one ever has. Cassandra is extremely unprofessional and rude. Ups has been contacted and will be taking action against this location. I advise anyone and everyone to avoid this place!!!! The most unprofessional place I’ve ever been in my life!

Amazing customer service! I went in today and both ladies working were very helpful! I had documents to print. The printer wasn’t working at first, they kept working on it! They both have great attitudes!

The information on the door says the UPS store opens at 9:00am. It is currently 9:15 and still no movement in the store. 5 vehicles have come and gone since I have been here at 9:00
