Nicholas is amazing! If he's not a store manager or training others with your company, he certainly should be.
He was multitasking with a couple other customers when I entered and greeted me with a smile and asked what I was in for.
Once I told him, he was able to start some work also while attending to his other customers without missing a beat.
He was so helpful in my situation and spent the time necessary to explain things until I understood and was very patient with all my questions. He even asked at the very end if I had any others! He showed he cared about me and goes above the basics and is spot on.
He not just does the job but HOW he goes about it is extraordinary and his demeanor is so pleasant.
I wish there were more people like him in customer service!

Not sure why they have to lie to us over the phone we were screwed over by at&t in the past called the ask them about a 29$ phone for my mother they said they had them in stock drove there they told her she had to spend 80$ just to get the 30$ phone which apparently they suddenly didn't have in stock 30mins later after we just spoke to them.on the phone! Might be switching services next month very irritating to be yet again deceived by money hungry company.. even called them back to ask what happened and didn't care that they wasted her time + money to drive over there...
