This pharmacy has really gone down. I honestly don’t know what happened to this location, they don’t have enough staff, they are now closed on the weekends, their customers service is terrible. I honestly moved my prescriptions to another pharmacy.

I received a text saying my photos were ready for pick-up. I drove all the way there to get them, only to be told that they were not printed yet. The worker refused to print them saying that their policy said
they had to print pictures in the order that they were received and there were many orders in front of mine. That’s fine, but then why did I get the text saying they were ready for pick-up prompting me to drive there to get them? So I show her the text and she gets the manager. I show the manager the text and she says the same thing and also does not offer to print them. This is very poor management and is not customer focused. They did not care at all that they made a mistake, and they did absolutely nothing to rectify the situation when they very easily could have.

The pharmacist, Brian, was incredibly unprofessional, disrespectful and rude. This was the third time speaking to him and each time was the same. I was hopeful after the first time that the miscommunication on his behalf and lack of follow-through, was a one time occurrence. This was not the case. This lack of professionalism - shown by inability to order prescribed medication in a timely fashion, followed by lack of empathy and inability to offer alternative medication options for a daily medication for an infant has left us beyond frustrated and scrambling to find this medication in an alternate location.

This Walgreens is by far the most INCONSISTENT and UNRELIABLE pharmacy in Salina Ks. You never know if they'll be open on the weekends unless you check their hrs everyday and I don't know anybody who would find that convenient. I very recently had a script sent there and was set to pick it up on a Sat. However, for whatever reasons, they started closing on the weekends again. Luckily I had a temp script sent to a different, more reliable, pharmacy that is open everyday. I then had to wait til Tues to pick up my full script. BUT, when Tues. came around, they were OUT OF MY MEDS. So I was told I had to wait until "hopefully''' Wed. So Wed morning I had to call and ask if they were going to fill my meds, BRIAN told me that it probably wouldn't be until Thurs. and that I should just ''have my meds sent to a different pharmacy''!!! I could NOT believe that he suggested that. Comparable to going to McDonalds and them telling you that you should go to Burger KIng. Completely dumbfounded that he said that. But ok BRIAN, Ill go somewhere else from now on.

If you're going to have limited hours due to staffing on one specific day of the week, it absolutely needs to be made available on the phone recording, the website, and any notifications stating your prescription is ready. People who have to remain on their meds without missing any due to serious health problems and have to get away from work, drive a lot of miles, and then find out it's closed without notice are going to suffer more than necessary with their health, their expenses and their time. A sign on the door doesn't cut it. A courtesy notice when we get notified our meds are ready for pickup would be a very simple remedy!

Avoid using their pharmacy unless you have nothing better to do with your day but sit in the drive thru for 15-45 minutes.

This pharmacy has the worst employees that I have ever seen.. They are the most nasty and rude people I have ever dealt with.

This. Store. Sucks! Multiple times I have waited in a long line at the drive up window, for as much as 40 minutes at one time only to have them put up the "pharmacist not on duty" sign and they refuse to help any more customers.

I would not use their pharmacy. I called on Wednesday to have an inhaler refilled, and was told it would be ready by 1:00 p.m. I came in Saturday to pick it up, and was told they never got a new script sent from the doctor to fill it... If they had let me know that when I called Wednesday it could have been taken care of. Instead, they gave me confirmation it would be ready when they had no clue.

I arrived here this evening to get my pictures printed only to find out only 1 of the 3 kiosk works, and it was being used . Waited 20 minutes, then left, really! Walgreens, you can't make sure your equipment works lost my business. Your employee behind the counter could care less if I was taken care of .
