Went to get a passport photo for my mother. The photo shop was abandoned, so I pressed the keypad to ask for assistance. We waited. The keypad request timed out, so I pressed it again. I went to find an employee and was told by two other people that only the guy at the register could help us, but we would have to wait until he finished with everyone else. So I waited to talk to him. Turns out, HE had no idea how to take a passport photo and said he would call for a manager. We waited another 10 minutes and finally left. We spent a total of 30 minutes waiting. We encountered half a dozen employees and they did nothing but pass the buck. Avoid unless you enjoy wasting your time.

They have the absolute worst customer service I have ever witnessed in any retail environment. Customers are definitely not their #1 priority. you're just another number to them. If you need help with something, plan on doing it yourself because they will not help. happened to me on more than one occasion in the last year and it's only getting worse

It's a Walmart, same as any other Walmart everywhere else I've been. The only difference is the population which seems to be much more inclusive than many other places.

Once again my photos were cropped without telling me, therefore ruining the photo. This was even when using a template on their d*** website. Apparently they don't proof things before they run them. Mindless robots.

A nondescript department in this average Walmart store. They did not have a great range of digital cameras available.

Until we find out more details on their throwing away of good food (Nov 2017)... When my son had open heart surgery at Detroit Children's Hospital there was donated food in the kitchen at the Ronald McDonald House we stayed in. For example there was a banquet somewhere in town the night before and someone delivered the leftover food to the RMcD House. Don't tell me there aren't options to sending good food to the dump.

Y'all know this location didn't make the call to toss food themselves right? There are state and federal health standards to follow and a corporate head that makes these calls, not the individual store. If food is given away and someone falls ill walmart is liable. They can be sued big time. Welcome to the land of frivolous laws suits where people prey on acts of kindness to turn and flip it to make a buck they don't deserve in a court of "law". businesses have to protect themselves if they are going to stay in business because of shadylawyers and the people who hire them.
