Visiting from out of town and needed a few things. Figured it would be cheaper than the grocery store. It probably was, but dang! The store is a disaster, I’ve heard DG runs a skeleton crew, so I can’t really blame the staff. But maybe just let stock pile out in the back rather than bringing it all out to the floor. Can hardly even maneuver around the store. The cashier seemed friendly, so that’s why I gave it a 2 rather than a 1.

Bring back the self checkouts. The self checkout is a necessity.

Always disorganized and difficult to navigate in store. Also, need to change website to reflect the fact that they DO NOT have delivery.

The ONLY reason this store is still open is because it's the only place to get necessary items. It is sooo messy and unorganized... I am not blaming the workers it is the higher upshot giving them enough workers or hours to keep the store nice...they come help when a new manager starts then leave them with next to no help or hours for the help. I've watched it time and again. To those working here, I appreciate you trying.

Anita is rude. She is way too much into people's business and not focused on her job. I hate going in when she is there. I rather go all the way to scott if I need something because she is a horrible person to have to deal with.

I had a huge problem on my hands and the district manager himself came to the store to see to it that the issue was resolved. Can't ask for more than that. Thank you again!!

What is happening??? It looks like an earthquake took this place out and they never put it back together. Also, half the place is out of stock. I'm scared.

Very disappointed. My boyfriend and I went to Dollar General ten minutes before they closed and had the doors literally shut in our face as the employee saw us approaching. As the employee locked the doors and was walking away from us she waved us off by putting her hand in the air, very rude. Would not go to this establishment again.

Shelves are never stocked. Boxes always clutter the store making it hard to find what's inside.
